Seneca food stop is at Lock 24, mile 22.82, Rileys Lock at Seneca Aqueduct. This is the breakfast stop. Fruit, muffins, bagels, hot drinks, juice and water will be available. |

Whites Ferry food stop is at mile 35.5 where Whites Ferry Road, MD 107, meets the Potomac. The ferry operates 5am to 11pm. Watch the traffic. Whites Ferry is the lunch stop. Fruit, vegetables, sandwiches and various beverages will be available. |

Monocacy at mile 42.2 is a beverage-only stop. Repairs to the Monocacy Aqueduct were completed in 2005. This stone aqueduct is one of the most beautiful on the Canal. |

Point of Rocks food stop, mile 48.2. This is the "dinner" stop and features hot soup and other food and beverages. It is located at the point where the towpath merges with a road used by boat owners to launch their boats under the Route 15 Bridge over the Potomac River. |

Brunswick food stop, lock 30, mile 55. After passing the train yard on the right you will see a gate ahead of you. The foodstop will be set up on the side of the path beyond the gate. This is the final food stop on the towpath. Snacks, soup and hot and cold beverages are available. |
