Support Station Information

Support stations provide an opportunity for you to rest and replenish during the hike. You do not have to stop, but you must check in and out as required. At support stations you will receive water, sports drink, or juice, and most of the stations also provide food.

Most stations will provide material for you to take care of foot problems. Some stations will have first-aid volunteers that can help you if you are unable to help yourself. Remember that you may have to wait for such help. However, if you are experiencing pain or other serious problems, make sure you tell a volunteer immediately.

(Note that for the 50K, cut-off times are based on the 2.2 mph minimum pace needed to finish the hike by midnight, and are not related to the stations’ closing times. The stations remain open later than the 50K cut-offs because 100K hikers generally arrive later than the 50K hikers.)

Are your supporters looking for driving directions from one station to the next?
